Under the direction of Chief Operating Officer (COO), your role is to support the Company in its travel agenda as an integral part of our in-house travel department. Based in Winnipeg, this position will be responsible for co-ordinating both private and commercial travel.
Qualifications: · Recognized travel accreditation · Minimum 3 years experience in planning and organizing private and commercial flight travel · Previous experience as a flight travel agent, is an asset · Prior experience in handling Private jets, Flight Crew scheduling and preparing Flight Manifests · Experience with Sabre · Extremely computer literate · Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented · Innovative and logistical mind · Excellent problem solving skills · Ability to work shifts and multi task
Your responsibilities will include: · Booking customized and, at times, elaborate travel plans · Providing travel business solutions in real time · Negotiating air, hotel & car rental rates · Travel auditing and administration · Preparation of travel reports · “Go to” person on Flight Manifest changes · Administrative support for Private/Corporate aircraft
